How It Works
In real-time, you have access to case status and other data necessary to do your part in managing each injury and case. The Axiom Client Portal can seamlessly integrate with your organization’s technology. We can pull data from an HRS system and feed our data into your safety or claims systems.
Employee Experience
Employees can communicate with Axiom:

Employer Experience
Employers can communicate:
- Case submission and review of cases submitted
- Export cases into a spreadsheet
- View all open or closed cases
- Sort and manage data through filtering capability
Case Closure & Case Information
Employers can submit a case closure request through the portal, granting you input in the case management process. When you submit a case closure request, a nurse case manager will review the request for appropriateness and proceed with updating the case status.
The case submission view:
- Gathers basic information when an injury occurs
- Data feed allows for pre-populated demographic data during case creation
- Allows faster referral to the nurse and accelerated access to care
